CuPcAKEs :)

Ok so I had to make something for Jake for Valentine’s Day but I had no idea what!  I came up with this cute idea. 

I baked German chocolate cupcakes with a spoonful of cream cheese filling mixture on top (a new recipe which turned out very yummy).  When the cupcakes were cooking the cream cheese mixed in the cupcake.  Then once they cooled I made coconut frosting for the top.  Yes I made it…from scratch ha!

Then I used the Cricut to cut out these hearts and letters.  Then I glued them back to back with a toothpick in the center and stuck it in the cupcake!  Easy as 1, 2, 3 :)
