WhAT a CatCH!

Ok so I had this post all wrote out and a video made but all week I have been trying to upload the video and it doesn’t work so I will post pictures of this soon but here is the story.  Saturday Jake asked me to prom but I already had an idea that he might ask me but anyways he picked me up about 3 and we drove out to the dam.  Everything was normal and he said he brought dutch over for dinner.  That in itself was cute but while it was cooking he was like let’s go for a walk so I didn’t think anything of it and we went for a walk.  We got to the water and there were several boats out fishing.  Walking around Jake noticed something red out in the water.  It was a t-shirt and to be honest it freaked me out.  I was like what the heck would there be a floating red t-shirt but still was not thinking of anything.  Next we found a fishing pole that led to the red floating thing.  Jake wanted to reel it in and I told him not to because one of the fishermen were probably trying to catch bait.  He started to reel it in and I was watching the boats and kept telling him not to.  Then he was like ok you reel it in the rest and I was like heck no I am not touching someone else’s fishing pole.  (now just so you know Jake did not even smirk this whole time and I still had no idea)  Finally he got it all the way in and lifted it out of the water and I said “see Jake I told you it was someone’s bait now throw it back out there I don’t want them coming over here.”  Jake was still keeping a straight face and was all no let’s open it.  I still was backing away and was like no I won’t open it and he kind of tossed it to me and said ya open it.  I was like Jake I am not opening it because there are fishermen right there!  Finally he asked one more time and smirked and it all clicked.  My face turned bright red and I felt so blonde for not realizing it sooner.  I looked at him and said “Oh my Jake are you kidding me?”  I was really embarrassed for going along with it for like 10 minutes.  So I opened it and it was the cutest thing.  He went to so much work putting that together and it was so sweet.  He made me a really good dinner and we had a lot of fun!  Jake is always coming up with cute things and is ALWAYS making me laugh and smile. We had to make a redneck windbreak and entertained ourselves by taking pictures so here is a video of our day!
