Friends = Fun :)

I have realized this semester that some days you just have to forget about school and go have fun and this weekend we did just that!  Staci came down and stayed with me for the weekend and it was nonstop fun :)  She came Friday night so we went to the gymnastic meet with my friends Abby and Davin and then to a Sushi restaurant…I’m not going to say I am the biggest Sushi fan haha!!

*Saturday was a busy day…we got up early and went to a Zumba class at the Sports Academy….I miss teaching Zumba!  It was so much fun.  After Zumba, we went to the temple and did baptisms.  Then we went up to campus to get Staci a Utah State shirt for the basketball game!

*We decided it was necessary to take a nap before the game but my room is so bright and since I never take naps I never found this a problem.  We ended up putting our creative skills to work and took the shower curtain from my bathroom for a curtain haha!  It worked pretty good and we got in a good nap!

*After our nap we went to dinner with Carly, Abby, and Sydney.  Then we headed to the game!! It was way nice because one of my roommates was gone this weekend so Staci got to use her card to get into everything!

*It was definitely necessary to go get ice cream after the game…a productive weekend just wouldn’t be the same without an ice cream stop!

*Sunday was church!  We also had a linger longer and since I am on the activities committee it was way nice to have an extra hand :)  After church Staci had to leave :(  It was so fun to have her for the weekend though!! There are always going to be those friends that you just need some time with and Staci is definitely one of those friends!  She is always there to talk to and makes me feel better about everything…I’m so lucky to have her as a friend and to say we had fun this weekend would be an understatement!  This girl is the best!!

(P.S….the weather was so nice that I got to open my sunroof this weekend!!!  You could say I was really excited about that!! I cannot wait for Summer!)
