I’m behind on blogging so in order to catch up I need to rewind a couple of weeks. This is going to be one random blog post!! The last couple of weeks at school were great! I was able to teach Zumba to sixty 6th graders which was a blast! I got way closer to my classes and was sad to leave them! They left me a cute message after I got engaged!
*My roommates and I started getting really close too! We played outside pretty much everyday there wasn’t rain during the last 2 weeks of school! Me and Carly tried some more trick things which failed majorly!
*We even got to hug a llama haha!
*I got an award and a scholarship the last week of school so Jake and my parents came down for that which was a lot of fun!
*Then since we are remodeling our kitchen at home, Jake and I went and helped my parents pick out wood flooring at home depot….I’m not sure how much Jake helped ;) haha he is such a dork!
*We did a lot of Skype dates…I don’t know how I went 2 years without that guy!
*I came home on the weekends and we did some more on the remodeling and me and Breck found an awesome way to do a ponytail :)
*We went on a little double date with my sister…it is sooo fun that she is old enough to date now because going on double dates with her is just one big party!!
*I found a dress one of the weekends I was home! Everyone talked like dress shopping was so fun but trying on 30 dresses only got me discouraged…I finally found the dress..and I love it!!
*Jake and I did engagement pictures…here we are “practicing” before…luckily the real pictures look much better than these haha!
*Meredith (my brother’s girlfriend) got to come for Easter!
*The last week of school was kind of sad. I have grown really close with these roommates so we did a last night roommate dinner which was great and they all sat on my bed while I packed since I was the first to move out! I have loved this year and was so blessed to have such great friends during it!
There you have it….the past couple weeks of my crazy random life :)
3 Things I Learned:
1. The people that have been in my life whether I was their teacher or not…will always teach me something about life and myself!
2. I am blessed beyond measure!
3. Life is one big roller coaster so enjoy the ups, endure the downs, and hold on with all your might!
