Logan Fair

I worked at the Logan Fair the week after our fair and it was crazy! I put in a 62 hour work week which really pays afterwards! Cha-ching!! Anyways it was fun and I had to stay in a hotel because my apartment wasn’t open to stay in! Thanks to the best Mom in the entire world I had a place to stay! I don’t have really any pictures because I was working all week but I got a few!!

A dang fancy hotel…I felt like I was on a business trip..it was AwEsomE!!

These baby pigs were so cute I wanted to steal one…ok but seriously I did! They were adorable and there was really a runt! I don’t love pigs but I coulda definitely stuck one in my pocket and ran when I saw these! There was also a baby goat that was so cute it was the size of these little piglets!

This guy was way cool he rode on top of the backs of two horses while the other 4 ahead of it ran with it! It was way cool to watch!! The muttin bustin’ at the rodeo was classic! I have never seen kids hold on so tight! It seriously made my day they each lasted like a full 30 seconds whether the sheep was jumping, laying, walking, or running!

I really shouldn’t tell you this because it makes me sound like an idiot but it is too funny not to! So the last day of fair….Saturday, I was getting ready to leave.  I put my car into reverse and the bottom scraped against the curb (don’t tell me my car is the only one that does that!! I know I’m not the only one that has done this before haha) Anyways so I just kept going but I glanced up because everyone was staring and there laid my bumper on the grass! I was like OH MY HECK! So I was an idiot and left my car running as everyone was staring at me.  I got out and was like just act like this is normal and maybe they will stop looking (didn’t work but I thought it was a nice try) So as I was freaking out inside I tried to look like this was no big deal! I just started grabbing pieces and putting them back onto my car.  At one point I had to kinda lay under (with the car running) and I was kicking a piece on with my boot and a Sherriff comes over and was yelling “MA’AM, MA’AM!” So I was not doing anything wrong so I assumed it was to someone else..turns out he was yelling at me because he was afraid something happened (let me remind you I was laying under a running car kicking) It was really embarrassing with the whole crowd staring at me and when it was all over and fixed I was like DANG I should of got a picture haha but it was embarrassing and I felt like an idiot!

*Moral of the story…if you back up and your car scrapes the curb…you better make sure you don’t drive away without all the pieces to your car!!
