The weekends are always busy especially when I come home! I got an extra day this weekend because my 1st block for student teaching ended. I came home Thursday and honestly no matter how long I have been gone, nothing feels better than pulling in the driveway and seeing my family! I don’t know what I would do without them…they know just how to make me smile! Even though I love Logan and what I do there, I always dread going back after a weekend at home!
Friday we planted some new grass and helped my dad brand some cows. It was so nice to be able to be outside with just a sweatshirt!
*Funny story…..my sister was being an idiot and not paying attention so my dad gave her a little shock with the cattle shocker thing and then when he wasn’t looking she got him back bad! We were chasing each other around with that thing the whole time!
Saturday I went to Twin with my mom, aunt, grandma, and sister for Breck’s cheer competition….they rocked it and took 1st in everything so get to go to state! I also got to see one of my good friends from high school, Whylei!
When I got home Saturday…I had a package from Jake!! It made me soo happy! That guy is so sweet :) My dad also saw it all…and there was a pretty funny part in that package!
Sunday I had to head back to school :( That never makes me too happy especially because March is going to be a tough month for school. Only 51 days until Summer though so I definitely can do it :) Before I left me and Breck went for a ride and played outside in the nice weather for awhile! My sister is seriously my best friend…this girl is hilarious!!
It was a great weekend full of family fun…now time to meet some 6th graders!
