This week has been a great last week! It started off with a chipmunk running around our room...we saw it Sunday night and didn’t catch it until Tuesday!
*It’s by the white pole way back in this picture hiding!! That dang thing ate our granola bars so you will see a couple pictures down our wonderful trap to catch it in.
*Julia…my roommate…is a chipmunk whisperer…she has caught 2 in our room now!
*Me and Carly have a thing for s’mores here so this is our double decker s’more of the week!
*We got to go in a ranger ride one night during the lightning storm.
*Me and Jenessa got to ride horses one day…
*Saturday before we left to Las Vegas there was a crazy storm that had lightning right by us…
but it left this awesome rainbow!
*Our boss didn’t want Destiny (the event planner) to leave on another trip so he got mad so we had to sneak her out into the car to get away from the resort for a few days!
*Las Vegas! We aren’t your typical Las Vegas people…we just shopped, ate, and did some sight seeing.
*We had a very ghetto hotel that was next to Sin City Hostel but we were still safe haha! We had ice cream and the next picture is of Carly and me…she has these candy that are in a cigarette box and we thought it was funny!
*Riding the tram to the Mirage.
*We lucked out and it was cloudy while we were there! There was also a ton of lightning.
*Bird chairs…
*A sculpture made out of canoes!
*We all fit in the shoe haha
*Tornado water things!
*Coca Cola World…we got our Sprite :) And I don’t even like pop haha
*At Coca Cola World there was the sample tray of drinks from all over the world and they were nasty!! But it was way funny to try them all…
*I dared Jenessa to chug 3 of the worst flavors and said if she did it that I would buy her dinner and lucky me she did it haha!
*New York New York roller coaster :)
*Destiny’s feet hurt so she wore her friends sandals that he left in the car the week before and they were HUGE!
*This is what all you can eat pizza can do to you folks….that is the true definition of a food baby!
*The Venetian was soo cool! My favorite hotel by far…but this guy proposed to a girl on the Italian boat thing…it was pretty dang cute!
*On the way back we stopped at Sand Hollow for some cliff jumping…it was gorgeous and the water was sooo warm and it was just awesome…I’ve missed the water!
*Dead fish…
This has been such a great last week….I have had a blast here and am so grateful for this experience and all that it has taught me! I’m going to miss all of the people I work with…they are the best!! I get to go home this week though and I’m so excited to see everyone!! :)
